Our UCD Cockpit serves as their operating tool. But the real secret to constant optimization is transparent and smart data use. We have developed a Decision Support System (DSS) for all controlling solutions that unlocks our high-quality data and artificial intelligence (AI). This allows us to better understand your ULD journeys and needs and predict ULD imbalances - so we can act rather than react.
We provide you and your ground handling agents with our online tool, JettWare. The JettApp is a mobile app that makes it easy for you to capture data and report damage during stock checks on the fly (ok, on the go). The tool gives you transparent and real-time station inventory, ULD history and movement tracking, and a multitude of reporting options. And, of course, it can be fully connected to the main operational handling systems and tracks ULD movements by processing UCM, SCM, LUC, and other related messages.

ULD tracking has changed rapidly in recent years. We have always been at the forefront of developments. We have continuously refined our monitoring and tracking solutions to create sophisticated technology, our in-house IT solution, JettWare.

We have around 100,000 ULDs. And each of these 100,000 ULDs has a digital twin, an exact virtual image. These digital twins gather extensive data over the entire lifecycle of the physical ULD and combine this huge amount of data in a smart way.
Our digital twin setup helps us gain valuable insights and further optimize the lifetime use of our customers' ULDs from both an economical and environmental standpoint. It helps us decide on the extent of repairs and identify the ideal end-of-life time to scrap a unit.
